      Hapny products are available for purchase at select online and brick & mortar decorative, plumbing, and home furnishing showrooms nationwide.       We keep it simple. Our metal products are made with 100% solid brass to ensure quality and product longevity.

      Yes, due to the manual nature of the finishing process, you will sometimes see lot-to-lot variation across products. We think it’s all part of the beauty and fun.

      Our Venetian Bronze finish will subtly change with time, touch, and exposure to different climates. Our other finishes are not considered “living” or unlacquered.

      We got you. All Hapny hardware includes (2) different mounting screws to accommodate almost all cabinet door and drawer sizes.

      Our knobs and pulls include a #8-32, 1” Phillps head screw and a break-away #8-32, 1.75” Phillips head screw with four break points (¾", 1", 1 ¼" and 1 ½"). Our knobs come with (1) of each screw per product and our pulls come with (2) of each screw per product. Our appliance pulls include (2) 1/4”-20, 1.25” Phillips head screws and (2) 1/4”-20, 1.75” Phillips head screws.

      For custom or additional screw needs, you should be able to find what you need at your local hardware store.

      Gentle is key. Clean your hardware with a soft, damp cloth, and wipe completely dry. Do not leave any water or soap residue on your product. Never use any chemicals or harsh over-the-counter cleansers. These will strip your hardware of its finish and, even worse, void your warranty.

      DEALER GENERAL INFO

      We’re thrilled you asked! In order to become a registered dealer of Hapny Home products, you must have a showroom to display our product to the public. We typically require a minimum purchase of four half-size display boards to open a wholesale account with us.

      All orders should be emailed to orders@hapnyhome.com.

      Please make sure to include all necessary order information (PO #, Hapny SKU #s, “Ship To” address, etc). Assuming products are in stock, all orders placed by 3:00pm CST will ship the same day.

      We will reach out regarding any supply shortages or issues. We are not responsible for any order cancellations or changes once it has shipped.

      Nope! No minimum order or service fees here.

      First orders are shipped prepaid via credit card payment. We usually establish NET 30 credit terms after the first order and a basic credit check.

      We do not ship orders to past due accounts. We also reserve the right to terminate any account at any time for consistently late or incomplete payments, or for failure to comply with Hapny Home terms & conditions.

      DEALER SHIPPING & RETURNS INFO

      Claims for shortages must be made within (7) business days of receiving the order. We will ship out the missing hardware immediately.

      Claims for defective items must be made within (7) business days of receiving the order. We will ship out replacements immediately.

      We allow returns up to (90) days from the original date of purchase. All returns are subject to a 30% restock fee, assuming they are returned in good and “resalable” condition. Damaged returns will face higher restock fees, and unusable product will be rejected.

      All of our orders are shipped via UPS Ground.

      Yes! Expedited shipping options, such as UPS Red ("Next Day Air"), UPS Blue ("Two Day") or UPS Orange ("Third Day") are all available for an additional cost.

      Yes! Many vendors have us ship their orders via their verified UPS account number. Third-party billing is often a way to get a deeper discount on UPS freight charges.

      Our freight costs are calculated directly by UPS, taking into account factors like package weight, destination, insurance, etc. Expedited shipping adds an additional charge onto the total freight amount. We charge freight on all orders, including items that are shipping as a result of an original backorder. We do not add on any service or handling fees.

      WARRANTY

      Yes, we got you. At Hapny Home, we are committed to creating high quality products for your home. We offer all our consumers a Limited Lifetime Warranty to show that we stand behind the quality, durability, and design of our goods.

      Hapny Home products are covered from all manufacturer defects and breakage. Our warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferrable. The warranty lasts for the lifetime of the original purchaser for as long as they own the Hapny Home product. Selling or transferring the product invalidates the warranty.

      Our warranty does NOT cover:
      -Normal wear and tear of product over time. This is not considered a defect.
      -Product damage due to improper installation or failure to follow mounting instructions
      -Misuse of the product
      -Any damages or expenses caused by defective product
      -Finish and metal deterioration caused by things out of our control, such as exposure to atmospheric conditions, corrosive air, outdoor environments, natural disasters, or accidents

      Under the warranty, we commit to repair or replace the defective product or provide a refund on a case-by-case basis. Please email us at support@hapnyhome.com with a photo showing the damaged or defective product(s) and documentation of you being the original purchaser, and we'll be in touch with next steps.
