Questions & Answers
All of our cabinet knobs are made from a solid brass base material, which is the highest quality base to use for your hardware. Other hardware products are made of zinc, aluminum, steel, or a mixture of metals, but brass is the most durable. Beware of mixing and matching base materials across your hardware and plumbing or lighting fixtures as the finishes will look different on different bases.
Yes, furniture flipping or refreshing is one of the best use cases for some new hardware. You can use any of our cabinet knobs (or pulls) to upgrade your dresser, console, nightstand, or vanity, just to name a few. You can even install our knobs as a hook on your wall with a dowel screw.
We offer a variety of popular hardware finishes across our product collections, from Satin Brass to Matte Black to Polished Nickel. When it comes to deciding what hardware finish to use, one consideration is your cabinet or drawer color. If you want hardware to pop in your space, choose a finish that is in stark contrast to your cabinet color (think Matte Black hardware on white cabinets, or Satin Brass or Polished Chrome hardware on navy cabinets). If you want your hardware to feel more understated, match your finish tones with your cabinet undertones (think Venetian Bronze or Matte Black hardware on oak or wood doors). You should also consider the finish of your plumbing, appliances, or lighting fixtures.
There are a lot of options depending on what other finishes and colors are present in the relevant room or space. For example, if there are black finishes in the faucet, lighting, black countertops, or windows, then black cabinet knobs and pulls are an amazing option. This allows there to be high contrast which is especially powerful if you love the design your hardware.

Answers to your questions about cabinet knobs
What type of home decor styles do our knobs pair with?
Many of our knobs fit perfectly in an eclectic space with lots of materials and textures. Our ribbed collection has just enough texture to blend in and contribute to the aesthetic. In a Scandinavian home with "hygge" (a term that means a home that encourages feelings of contentment) we'd recommend our Smiley Knob in Satin Brass as it adds warmth and good vibes to the room. For minimalist homes, we'd recommend our diamond collection that features long, clean lines that span the entire length of the pull.
